Can I return an order?
Returns are not accepted except in the case of a justified incident (defective product, error in the order or similar). If you have a problem, please contact our customer service team.

What are your opening hours?
Our team is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to help you with any questions or issues related to your orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days once the order has been confirmed. During periods of high demand (Christmas, promotions, etc.), this period may be slightly extended.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
It is not possible to change the content of the order once it has been confirmed. If you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help you if the order has not yet been processed.
What areas do you ship to?
We currently deliver to mainland Spain. We are working to expand our delivery areas in the near future.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart and may vary depending on the total amount or the current promotion.
